I’m Mark Wilbrink, coach and movement specialist with a background in physiotherapy.
I help driven individuals build strength, energy, and clarity through mindful athleticism and sustainable performance. My passion is helping people unlock their full potential by combining science-based performance training with a zen-holistic approach to lifestyle and wellbeing.
For me, movement is more than fitness. It’s resilience when life gets tough. It’s focus in a world full of distractions. It’s confidence that carries into every part of your life. Above all, movement can be meditation and a personal or collective journey.
At the heart of my work is kokoro, the Japanese concept for the unity of body, mind, and spirit. Whether it’s through strength training, improving recovery, gut health, or cultivating mental clarity, my goal is simple:
