A decade in the clinic. Everything I do comes from there.
I'm a clinical physiotherapist and movement coach. For over a decade I've worked with people who train hard, live fully, and still feel like something isn't quite right… and most of the time, the missing piece isn't physical.
The Kokoro Collective is built on what I learned there: your body, your mind, and how you live are one system.
